Thought of the Day — Physiological Drama in Our Heads

Day 7: Thought becomes thinking and thinking becomes a drama (mostly)…

Whenever my emotions get triggered, or I am thinking about something, or floating on the waves of thoughts, I find there is an amazing drama going on in my head.

I mean, whenever I observe my thoughts, most of the time, they are negative. Even if they are neutral, they lead towards overthinking. A snowball starts rolling!
